Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: June 23, 2026This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for purchases made on SANSA AI (sansaai.in). By making a purchase, you agree to this policy.
1. Nature of Our Products
SANSA AI sells digital products and services — AI credits, subscription plans, and access to online tools (document/image/video conversion, AI generation, editors, business suites). These are delivered electronically and consumed instantly, so they are non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods.
2. Subscription Cancellation
- You may cancel a monthly or annual subscription at any time from Account → Billing, or by emailing us.
- On cancellation, your plan stays active until the end of the current paid billing period; it will not auto-renew thereafter.
- We do not charge any cancellation fee.
3. Refunds — Subscriptions
- If you cancel within 7 days of your first subscription purchase and have used fewer than 50 credits / minimal AI usage, you may request a full refund.
- After 7 days, or once significant usage has occurred, subscription fees are non-refundable for the current period. You retain access until the period ends.
- Renewal payments are non-refundable once the new period has started, except where required by law.
4. Refunds — Credit Packs
- Purchased AI credits are refundable only if they are completely unused and the request is made within 7 days of purchase.
- Once any credits from a pack have been consumed, that pack is non-refundable.
5. Eligible Refund Situations
We will issue a full refund where:
- You were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate payment).
- You were charged but the credits / subscription were not delivered to your account.
- A verified technical failure on our side prevented you from using a paid service and we could not resolve it.
6. How to Request a Refund
Email sandytechone@gmail.com (or use our Contact page) with your registered email, order/payment ID and reason. We respond within 2 business days.
7. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via our payment partner (Razorpay). It typically takes 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect, depending on your bank or card issuer.
8. Chargebacks
If you have an issue with a charge, please contact us first — we resolve most issues quickly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may lead to suspension of the account pending review.
